What we collect

When you join the Trailee early-access waitlist, we collect your full name, email address, and the time you gave consent. You may also choose to provide your company, website, and a message. We use temporary anti-abuse rate-limit data, but do not store your IP address with your waitlist record.

Why we use it

We use this information to confirm your email, manage early access, and send waitlist and launch updates. Optional company, website, and message details help us understand your interest in Trailee. Joining the waitlist does not start an automated product test. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed signups are deleted after seven days. Confirmed waitlist details remain until access opens, you unsubscribe, or you ask us to delete them.

Product test data

This notice covers waitlist data only. Before an authenticated early-access test, we will provide and agree the terms for credentials handling, session isolation, screenshots and recordings, retention, deletion, and any model use. Do not submit passwords, tokens, or other credentials through the waitlist form.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host Trailee, Supabase to store waitlist data, Resend to deliver confirmation email, and Upstash to apply short-lived rate limits.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@trailee.app. You may also ignore the confirmation email; no signup becomes active until you confirm it.
